Pay 35-45

$500 sign on bonus

Requirements

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage day-to-day construction site field operations Coordinate and communicate with the owner, architect, subcontractors/suppliers, questions/issues are answered and resolved in a timely manner, and overall project goals/expectations are met Develop, maintain, and communicate overall project and several week look-ahead schedules to project team members Coordinate with appropriate agencies for inspections, reporting, and compliance. Oversee project layout and field engineering Ensure quality control is achieved to the Owners satisfaction Maintain project safety controls and compliance Monitor the on-site performance/quality of subs, suppliers, labor, and equipment Develop and control site logistics plan Coordinate on-site manpower, materials, and equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Integrity / Promptness / Forthrightness / Trustworthiness / Reliability / Excellence 10+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry 3+ years of supervisory experience Knowledge of commercial building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures, general conditions, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications Affective leadership and management skills Strong attention to detail and quality Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is beneficial) Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities/challenges on a daily basis Technical ability to easily master computer applications
