Tradesmen International, Inc. General Manager/Sales Manager in MONTGOMERY, Alabama


We are looking for a demonstrated leader who will motivate, support and hold accountable a team of sales professionals and recruitment specialists while establishing good working relationships with our skilled craftsmen employees. Our ideal General Manager candidate will be expected to grow and manage our already successful market. The General Manager is responsible for reaching established yearly goals by managing the day-to-day operations of the office and by establishing relationships with key clientele.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring profit and loss

  • Managing office administration

  • Supervising & driving all sales activities

  • Driving recruitment & applicant tracking

  • Reporting to the Area Manager

  • Overseeing field employee activities

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess exceptional management skills and know how to build and manage a dynamic sales team and support personnel. Other requirements include:

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Be self-motivated and goal oriented

  • Successful sales or recruitment track record

  • Industry knowledge is a plus
