Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Machinists for multiple projects located in and around Cudahy, WI . We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts working 10-12 hour days. The pay ranges up to $29/hour based on experience plus $100/Per Diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site. Job Scope:

• Run Production Parts with CNC Machine

• Remove Burrs on Components Created During Machining

• Set Up and Operation of One or More Manual and/or Numerically Controlled Vertical and Turning Machining Centers

• Set Up and Operate Machines that can Form, Polish, Bend, and Cut Raw Metal into Finished Parts

• Run Production Parts in an Efficient Manner to Achieve Targets Set by Management

• Correctly Use Precision Measuring Equipment and Gauges in Order to Produce Quality Parts within Approved Tolerances

• Find & Use Programs and Other Electronic Documents including Making Minor Edits to CNC Programs Such as Speeds, Feeds, Offsets X and Z Movements

Requirements

• Ability to Read Blueprints

• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing GDT System

• Knowledge of GM Program Codes

• Knowledge of Cutting Tools Fixtures Tool Holders and Other Accessories

• Standard PPE including Material Guards

• Must have Prior Experience
