Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for projects located in Ft. Wayne, IN. This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate starts at $28.58/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose causes of mechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic system malfunctions or failures on fork truck equipment/ lift equipment

• Execute the most feasible method of repair

• Perform regular preventative maintenance on all machines, equipment and systems

• Proactive use of CMMS to keep fleet operational and avoid breakdowns

• Maintain parts inventory for lift truck fleet

• Maintain the fork repair area

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years experience as a fork truck mechanic

• Preferred to be certified to repair the following; clark, hyster, linde, toyota, crown or cat fork trucks

• Must have working knowledge of both internal combustion and electric lifts as well as hand and power tools, measuring instruments and diagnostic testing equipment

• Must have computer skills and strong communication skills
