Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled and motivated Apprentice Carpenters for projects located in and around Fairfield, CA . This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $28-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install Cabinetry, Hardware, and Trim

• Assembling and Fastening Materials to Make Frameworks or Props using Hand Tools, and Wood Screws, Nails, Dowel Pins or Glue

• Prepare, Project, Layout and Determine Dimensions and Materials Required

• Shaping or CuttingMaterials to Specified Measurements using Hand Tools, Machines, or Power Saws

• Removing Damaged or Defective Parts or Sections of Structures and Repair or Replace

• Inspecting Ceiling or Floor Tile, Wall Coverings, Siding, Glass or Woodwork to Detect Broken or Damaged Structures

• Other Tasks as Assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 Year of Experience of Cabinet Installation; Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Commercial Trim Carpentry

• Able to Read Blueprints, Sketches, or Building Plans

• Able to Pass a Drug Screen

• Experience Working with Equipment such as Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts, and Forklifts
