Tradesmen International, Inc. Payroll Coordinator in CLEVELAND, Ohio
The Payroll Coordinator position is responsible for the processing weekly multi-state certified payroll reports, correction of reporting and serving as a resource for the field offices. This position reports directly to the Payroll Tax and Compliance Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Processing of Prevailing Wage payroll reports
Correction of errant prevailing wage certified payroll reports
Review and maintenance of prevailing wage job assignments
Serve as a backup to the Payroll Processor role
Answer employee inquiries related to payroll
Respond to client inquiries related to payroll
Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail oriented, with auditing capabilities
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Experienced in MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with prevailing wage desired (willing to train the right candidate)
Abilityto work independently while maintaining a team player attitude
Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
CPP or FCP a plus
The position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
This position requires a low degree of physical effort.
