Tradesmen International, Inc. Accounts Payable Coordinator in CLEVELAND, Ohio
This position is responsible for accounts payable and cash application activity, the processing of multiple office locations accounts payable and posting of high volume of cash activity to accounts receivable system. This position reports to the Treasury Director.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following .
Code and match invoices to purchases orders and input into Accounts Payable system.
Process accounts payables invoices for multiple field offices.
Back up for corporate related accounts payable processing, as needed.
Daily posting of cash received from multiple lockboxes and credit card processing.
Assisting with year-end audit and special projects as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
Skills and Abilities
The candidate will have good communication including written and verbal skills, knowledge of accounting principles and basic mathematical ability. Successful candidates must have effective organizational skills, and the ability to establish priorities and to multi-task. The candidate will also be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma with experience in accounts payable and/or cash application experience or minimum of Associates Degree in accounting.
The position requires a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
Candidate(s) must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination at time of hire.
