Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced CNC Machinists for projects located in the Broomall, PA area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Program and operate HAAS, CNC mill and Lathe machines

• Utilize gcode programming for precision calibration with component parts

• Interpret blueprints

• Program machines

• Conduct machining processes

• Adhere to quality and safety standards

• Machining planning

• Study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans and materials to plan machining processes

• Monitor and manage stock inventory anticipating and placing orders as needed

• Program cnc mills, lathes

• Set zero/reference points

• Adjust tool registers, offsets, and switches

• Machine setup: install and adjust chucks, tools, attachments, collets, and other components

• Load and verify: load stock into feed mechanism, measure positions, and verify settings

• Conduct turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing operations

• Measure and inspect workpieces

• Troubleshoot malfunctions

• Adhere to quality standards

• Complete preventive maintenance and troubleshoot malfunctions

• Document actions, irregularities, and needs

• Complete production and quality logs

Requirements

• 5+ years of CNC experience
