Tradesmen International is seeking highly motivated craft professionals to join our team.

We are looking for a seasoned Site Foreman to undertake leadership responsibilities, ensuring that job sites run smoothly while meeting the quality standards of our company. General tasks will include but are not limited to site supervision, scheduling, layout mechanic, safety enforcement, quality control…. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership capability, competent in prioritizing and motivating crew members, professional, self-motivated and trustworthy with a potential for grooming to move to the next level of supervisory responsibility. The Site Foreman will help facilitate well-coordinated and efficient field operations company-wide and contribute in driving sustainable growth. Full-time schedule is Monday - Friday.

Requirements

Specific Responsibilities

  • Report project progress to superiors

  • Develop work schedules and ensure that projects are adequately staffed

  • Supervise all construction workers, resolve disputes and encourage positive morale

  • Communicate/coordinate with site superintendents and serve as liaison to front office

  • Read, analyze and trouble shoot blueprints

  • Assign tasks to construction crew-members

  • Ensure that the projects stay on schedule

  • Assist with material /equipment delivery coordination

  • Meet construction work standards by enforcing state and local codes and safety regulations

  • Enforce company safety and cleanliness standards on job sites

  • Coordinate with other trades

Experience / Education :

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Lead Foreman/Supervisor

  • At least 5 years experience as a carpenter

  • Military experience a plus

  • High School Diploma Preferred
