Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Marine Insulators for projects located in and around Atlantic Beach, FL . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of up to $24/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Install Pre-Formed Pipe Covering on Various Piping Systems

• Perform Layout and Installation of Bulkhead, Overhead

• Ventilation Ducting Insulation

• Take Measurements and Fabricate Portable Pads for Various Valves, Fittings, and Tanks

• Apply Final Coating, Mastic Cement, etc. to Insulating Materials to Provide Finished Product

• Install Sheet Insulation Boards to Bulkheads and Overheads after Preliminary Preparation has been accomplished

• Layout and Positioning of Studs

• Remove Existing Insulation from Machinery, Piping Systems, Boilers, and Bulkheads and Overhead Compartments, Heating and Air Conditioning Systems

• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 5+ Years of Marine Insulation Experience

• Must have Experience with Basic Hand Tools, Pliers, Saw Snips, etc.

• Must be able to Read Standard Measuring Tape and/or Ruler

• Familiarity with Shipboard

• Must be able to Obtain Security Clearance

• Reliable Transportation

• Must be able to Work on Vessels, Climb Ladders, Work in Confined Spaces, etc.

• Must have All Standard PPE & Tools

• Must be able to Work Weekend, Evening Hours

• Ability to Lift Upwards of 50lbs
